Online live Q&A- CPD monitoring and maintaining your professional registration

Continued Professional Development is integral to the way we work, it is also important to maintain your professional registration.

This live Q&A is designed for anyone who already holds a professional registration at the IOP and those either completing their application or thinking about starting an application and have questions about what happens once they become professionally registered.

This live Q&A is an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the CPD monitoring process for all seven of our professional registers. Our Registration Officers are on hand to speak to you directly and provide advice. The Q&A has been designed as a drop in session, so you can drop in and out of it as you wish.

We will also briefly cover the following to provide you with a bit more insight into what the IOP CPD monitoring process involves:

  • The CPD monitoring process and what you'll be asked to submit
  • What counts as CPD and how we categorise your learning
  • What is reflective practice and how to use it to make the most out of your learning
